There are three (3) ways to vote in the General Election on November 5th:

Vote In Person - Go to your district's Polling Location (listed below) on General Election Day - November 5th, 2024. Polls are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Vote By Mail - If you are registered to Vote By Mail, you will receive a ballot in the mail and can cast your vote by mailing your ballot using USPS, depositing it at a secure ballot drop box, or delivering it in person at one of the County Clerk Offices in Elizabeth and Westfield.
Early Voting - You can vote in person at an early voting location from October 26, 2024 – November 3, 2024 (the in-person early voting period). Hours will be Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary. Click here for the full list of early voting sites in Union County. TUESDAY, MAY 14 – Last day to register to vote for the June Primary Election. Registration forms must be postmarked or received by Municipal Clerks this date

TUESDAY, MAY 28 – Last day to apply by mail for a Mail-In Ballot for the Primary Election

WEDNESDAY, MAY 29 – Early Voting begins for the Primary Election and ends on Sunday, June 2
